Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center is excited to present Pennsylvania's 2025 LGBTQIA+ Health Summit. Featuring expert speakers and findings from the 2024 PA LGBTQ Health Needs Assessment, this summit is intended to share critical information on the health and wellness needs of LGBTQIA+ Pennsylvanians.

We are seeking submissions which focus on the needs of the LGBTQ+ population in Pennsylvania. Presenters will be selected based on relevance to these topics.
The goal of our summit is to have the voices of the LGBTQ+ community and other marginalized groups heard by providers, public health professionals, and legislators to inform better healthcare and policy making. Marginalized voices will be prioritized in the selection process.

Thomas "Tommy" Lee Jr. (he/him) is the Director of Dickinson College’s LGBTQ+ Center and a PhD candidate in Population Health at Lehigh University, where his research focuses on LGBTQIA+ health equity. Tommy is a gay public health advocate and educator who oversees programs, resources, and initiatives that support LGBTQIA+ communities, fostering an inclusive and affirming environments.
Before joining Dickinson, Tommy directed the Gender & Sexuality Resource Center at Lafayette College and worked with the Boston University School of Public Health’s Department of Global Health and the BU Center for Sexual Assault Response & Prevention. Beyond higher education, his global public health experience spans Mozambique, Guyana, and Botswana, where he led initiatives supporting HIV & AIDS peer educators, empowering adolescent girls, and strengthening LGBTQIA+ civil society organizations in the fight for human rights.
Tommy has built a career at the intersection of public health, diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a particular focus on addressing health disparities affecting marginalized communities. As a queer-identified education and health professional, he remains committed to dismantling systemic barriers and advocating for underserved populations.
He holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Graduate Certificate in African Studies from Boston University, as well as a BS in Conflict Analysis & Resolution from George Mason University.
Born and raised in Virginia, Tommy currently lives in Carlisle, Pennsylvania with his husband Nick.
Corinne Goodwin (she/they) is the Executive Director and founder of Eastern PA Trans Equity Project. An award-winning community leader and in-demand speaker, Corinne actively works on issues impacting the lives of LGBTQ Pennsylvanians ranging from legislative action to advocating for safe housing and food access. After a career as an executive in the retail and telecommunications sectors, Corinne now works as a self-employed business consultant. She lives in the Lehigh Valley with her spouse, Debra, and enjoys cooking, model railroading, and attending her son Kenneth’s theater productions in New York.
Matthew Easterwood (he/they), CAP®, CFRE is the Founder & CEO of Queer For Hire, providing fundraising support to Queer nonprofits and LGBTQIA+ cultural competency trainings to straight-led organizations. He is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy and Certified Fund Raising Executive with 12 years in nonprofit management and a decade as a professional fundraiser advancing Queer organizations. Matthew specializes in engaging the LGBTQIA+ community, development strategy, individual and family fundraising, establishing a culture of philanthropy, board development, and donor communications. Matthew is the President Elect for the Golden Gate Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals for the term January 2025-December 2027. Meredith McGee, MPH, (she/her) is a public health professional dedicated to bridging the gap between research, community, and education. With a focus on LGBTQ+ health and mental well-being, she works to make public health research accessible beyond academia. A highly accomplished grant writer and fundraiser, Meredith has secured over half a million dollars in funding to support community-driven initiatives. She emphasizes strategic, impact-driven approaches to grant writing, ensuring organizations have the resources they need to create meaningful, sustainable change. Her work prioritizes person-first research and connecting communities to public health resources, leveraging funding to advance education and advocacy rooted in lived experiences.
Aimee Van Cleave (she/her) is an organizer, coach, and campaign manager. She currently runs a political action committee focused on student civic engagement. She has 12 years experience working on political campaigns and on issue advocacy with organizations such as the Human Rights Campaign, Planned Parenthood, and the American Lung Association. She earned a Masters degree in International Human Rights from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies. Raised in Wyoming, Aimee now lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
