LGBT Legal Clinic

The legal clinic operates every second and fourth Tuesday from 4pm-6pm. Free half-hour consultations with attorneys about a variety of LGBT legal needs, including employment and housing discrimination, family law questions (marriage, divorce, custody, adoption, and fostering), legal name changes, wills and estates.

Attorney Jacob Thielen of O'Keefe, Miller, & Thielen, P.C. will be able to answer questions regarding Estates and Trusts, Housing, Name and Gender Marker Changes, and marriage, divorce, custody, adoption and fostering.

Attorney Justin Robinette of the Law Office of Eric A. Shore will be able to answer questions regarding Employment and Housing Discrimination, Bullying in Schools, and Name and Gender Marker Changes.

Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center offers a FREE NOTARY SERVICE as an extension of our Legal Clinic service to LGBT+ individuals who have consulted with our attorneys and may require official document notarization. Contact Zakk at [email protected] for more information.
