End of Life Decision Making for the LGBT Community


Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center presents a panel of experts to offer suggestions on how LGBT people can approach end of life issues in proactive ways that ensure your wishes will be carried out and that you and your family will be protected.

The panel includes:

  • Rev. Anne Huey, Chaplain at St. Luke's Hospice and facilitator of the Bereavement Support Group at Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center
  • Mary Lisicky, CFP, Associate Vice President and Financial Adviser at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management
  • Jenni Levy, MD, President of the American Academy of Communication in Healthcare and a medical consultant on end of life decision making (formerly the medical director at St. Luke's Hospice)

End of life decision making includes consideration of medical wishes, financial planning and concerns, important documents and directives as well as communication of wishes to family/friends. 

This is a sober social event. No alcohol will be served.
