Right now, our LGBTQIA+ community is under attack—both locally and nationally. You have the power to help us change that.
At Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center, we must meet the moment—regardless of the challenges and danger—to fight back with everything we can. As the only LGBTQ+ community center in the Greater Lehigh Valley, we are vital protection between these attacks and our communities. And so, we promise to connect, educate, and heal our community with radical resistance and life-changing care to support a thriving life for the LGBTQ+ communities of the Greater Lehigh Valley.
We are not just a community center; we are a lifeline, a home, and a shield against forces that seek to erase and harm us. But we cannot do this alone.
- When a distraught mother doesn’t know how to provide her transgender child with life-saving trans-affirming care, we connect her with resources to help them.
- When Queer people hide who they are from their families and their jobs, we provide them a safe and affirming space at Lehigh Valley Pride to live authentically.
- When LGBTQIA+ families need a place to teach their children who they are and incorporate their unique and special perspective into their parenting, we provide family programs that give them the space and community to connect.
- When Queer people need a space to heal, connect, and be themselves, we make it possible for them to build community, heal, and share joy in our Community Groups.
- When Queer and Trans people experience homelessness and rejection, the Care Cupboard provides essential everyday supplies they need to survive.
- When the United States administration begins erasing the existence of Transgender people or looking to repeal Marriage Equality, your support is the only thing that bolsters our efforts to stand in the way.
Your donation to Promise 2025 is not just a financial gift—it is a promise that you are standing between our community and those who seek to harm us. It is a promise that no LGBTQ+ person in the Lehigh Valley will be left behind.
Together, we are the resistance. Together, we are the promise.
