Cancer treatments impact the whole body, and the skin is our largest organ. Some chemotherapies could bring about skin changes such as dryness, itchiness, or redness. Additionally, there's impact on the hair and nails. In this event we'll discuss a wide variety of methods that can help individuals feel more comfortable and find pride in their skin and themselves while going through the cancer treatment process. Guest speaker and professional cosmetologist and educator Danielle Johnson will lead the discussion and Jen Sinclair of the Cancer Support Community of Lehigh Valley will moderate.
