Community members are invited to attend Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center's 2022 LGBTQ Spirituality Symposium, which will focus this year on Queering Ritual. We are thrilled to feature Rabbi Denise L. Eger, editor of Mishkan Ga'avah: Where Pride Dwells - A Celebration of LGBTQ Jewish Life and Ritual. She is the founding rabbi of Congregation Kol Ami in West Hollywood and is past president of the Central Conference of American Rabbis. Rabbi Eger will be in conversation with Rev. Becky Sausser, pastor of St. John's United Church of Christ in Allentown.

The conversation will discuss how faith communities can celebrate LGBTQ+ people's lives through ritual.

A book signing with Rabbi Eger will follow.

Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center's 2022 LGBTQ Spirituality Symposium is funded in part by a grant from the E. Rhodes and Leona B. Carpenter Foundation.

The event is free and open to the public. Masks are required, regardless of vaccination status.

This is a sober social event, alcohol will not be served.
