We are so happy to have you with us for Pride! Vendors agree that their vendor fees are non-refundable and vendors agree to hold Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center, and its directors and officers, harmless for any losses that could arise because of such events.
Vendor Registration Details
As many of you know, due to COVID-19 we made the difficult but necessary decision to move Lehigh Valley Pride from an in-person festival to a virtual one, and soon we will be announcing all the exciting details! We have thought long and hard on ways we can still include vendors in alignment with the now virtual festival, and we feel we have found a creative way that will meet your goals to provide outreach to the community!
Utilizing an engaging, virtual-reality website, we have decided to make it possible for our community to visit and interact with vendors. This experience will give people the feeling as if they are truly coming face-to-face with vendors as they navigate the virtual-reality vendor area. Participating vendors will be able to provide a slide or an image that will appear in a billboard format, along with accompanying text.As the viewer walks through and clicks on your image, a dialogue box will appear where our vendor can provide more information on their organization and a link to their website. The virtual vendor world will be active for one full week leading up to Virtual Lehigh Valley Pride 2020, which is from August 9, 2020 at 4pm - August 16, 2020 at 4pm.
Due to the limitations of this virtual format, we only have 30 vendor spaces available and they are at $150 each. To view this information online and purchase a space please visit: https://www.bradburysullivancenter.org/vend2020. Vendor spaces will sell out quickly since only 30 are available, and they will be claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any discounts for vendor spaces.
Our Pride Programs Manager, Ariel, can be reached via email to answer any questions that you may have: Ariel@bradburysullivancenter.org,

UPDATE: Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center has made the challenging but necessary decision to transition Lehigh Valley Pride -- a 5,000 person annual celebration of LGBT arts and culture now in its 27th year -- to a virtual event still to be held on August 16, 2020. Simply stated, it is clear that it will not be safe to hold an event of this magnitude in person this summer.
The details of the virtual pride festival will be announced shortly but will include local and national talent, community spotlights, and more.
This is not our first virus and LGBT people know about how to survive a plague. We know how important it is to listen to public health information and to adapt our programs to meet the current need. We also know how important Lehigh Valley Pride is to our community -- and the virtual event this year will be exciting and engaging. It will still be a celebration of LGBT arts, culture, and community. It will still be a platform to demand equity. It will still be pride. Just in a different format. Stay tuned for some exciting announcements about this virtual pride celebration!
Lehigh Valley's Pride festival has been a vibrant community event since 1993. In 2017, Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley merged with Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center.
The exciting community event provides a spotlight on LGBT arts and culture, connects thousands of community members to local resources, provides full-day programming for LGBT youth and teens, and celebrates the diversity in our community. Lehigh Valley Pride has grown to include over 5,000 attendees. Allentown is located 50 miles north of Philadelphia and 70 miles east of New York City. The Lehigh Valley is home to a population of approximately of 800,000 people.
