The Fine Art Galleries at Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center present a special WIG POP UP exhibit in our gallery in the Allentown Arts Walk from December 10-December 30, 2020 with a special opening event on December 10 from 6-8pm. The exhibit features wigs by Will Doughty. 

Will Doughty, the owner of Shop Will Beauty, is a wig designer and makeup artist based in Norwalk, Connecticut. Although he is largely self-taught, Will gained a strong foundation in theatrical wig design at the Juilliard School's Wig & Makeup Shop. With a passion for content creation and social media, Will has fashioned his passion for wigs and beauty into an online beauty brand. Will has styled wigs for drag queens such as Jujubee, Shangela, and Jinkx Monsoon. Shop Will Beauty is dedicated to LGBTQ+ representation and caters to people of all identities because beauty is meant to be experienced by everyone.

The wigs are displayed alongside paintings and prints of drag performers by Joe Dulude II as part of his exhibit #MASCFEM, which explores the beauty of masculinity and femininity in everyone.

Facemasks and physical distancing are required, and Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center provides hand sanitizer and free masks for those who need it. The center will also enforce physical distancing in the gallery and will limit the number of attendees at a time. 

This is a sober social event, alcohol will not be present.
